He also has some serious red rashes all around his neck and you can see the back of his neck seem to be spreading up to his head bit by bit.

Thankfully a fellow mummy introduced this website to me. Got to know Olivia who was very helpful to give me a sample of this product to try on him. His red patches did not seem so red few hours after his 1st application. We continued applying it for the next few days and amazingly everything is gone!
